Birthday Parties:
Contract and Deposit: We must have a signed Contract at least two weeks prior to the date of the party. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time the contract is signed. Your date will not be saved until deposit is paid.
Cancellation: If you cancel within 5 days of the date of your party, you will be responsible for the full payment of the party. If we find that we can fill your time slot, you will only forfeit your deposit. Emergency cancellations will require verification. Although you can cancel up to 5 days prior to party, all deposits are non-refundable.
Time: Birthday Parties will be scheduled on mostly Saturdays. Please check with the front desk to schedule your party; or to see if another day other than Saturday is available.
Invitations, Food, Goody Bags: Please remember that Tumblemania is not responsible for sending invitations or supplying food, paper products and/or goody .
Waivers: All party participants’ legal guardian must sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the party. Release forms are available for you to mail with invitations and must be presented prior to the beginning of the party.

We offer two Birthday Packages for your convenience. Please remember that you are responsible for all food, invitations, goody bags and paper products.
Both packages are based on 12 children with an additional fee of $6.00 for each child over 12 in attendance. We do not discount packages for parties of less than 12 children.

Child is enrolled in a Class at Tumblemania School of Gymnastics, LLC:
We supply:
90 minutes in the gym of age appropriate gymnastics and activities
30 minutes in party room
Tables
Chairs
Basic Party Decorations ~ you must supply your own, if you want a specific theme.
You supply:
Food
Goody Bags
Invitation
Etc.
Costs: $95.00
PACKAGE B
Child is not enrolled in a Class at Tumblemania School of Gymnastics, LLC:
We supply:
90 minutes in the gym of age appropriate gymnastics and activities
30 minutes in party room
